Do You Have a Problem?

In our investigations, we have identified several potential issues with existing methods used to deliver notices to the correct sales staff.

Because existing systems (manual and computerised) have been around for so long, the issues that they fail to address are not in the forefront of people's minds. That is, until something goes wrong. For example:

the wrong person deals with a particular notice - because the most appropriate person was not aware of it.
a notice is misdirected and not actioned because the person who would be interested didn't see it (and probably still doesn't know they missed it log-in and check yourself);

your organisation responds several times to the same notice - immediately embarrassing the organisation in front of the prospect/existing customer.

The following three pages describe common approaches to deliver notices. Many variants might exist, but these broadly represent every approach we have seen.
