Distributing OJEC Notices

Organisations operate several methods of handling government notices. Significant compromises are made to keep the cost of accessing these important sales documents to a reasonable level.

Other notice providers prices are around £600 per user per year.

The search systems available are peer-to-peer, each user operating independently of others within their organisation.

To reduce the price to access notices, and to apply corporate control over notice dissemination, often expensive, in-house methods are employed.

In your position, we would like a low-cost solution that:

Will automatically email you to inform you of new notices as they become available - avoiding the need to repeatedly log-in and check yourself;
Gives you 5 independent searches that automatically run as new notices arrive;
Provides you with an ad hoc search facility separate to the automated searches;
Automatically files all notices of interest for you at the click of a mouse;
Automatically informs your colleagues that you are dealing with that notice, or that they are already looking at the notice you are looking at;
Allows you to inform other colleagues of a new notice;
Creates no implementation or integration issues with existing IT infrastructure.

We are sure that a solution that delivers on all these points will be extremely useful for anyone who supplies the government, so we've already built it. It was built as part of our wider Public Sector eTendering solution called QLook!, but can be used independently to deliver the items as identified above.
